Pricing: Prices posted online may vary from physical store prices.
Pleasant Vapes Return Policy: Items damaged or mis-shipped will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Once an order has been received, additions to that order may cause an additional 5 days fulfillment time, cancellation of order will incur a 15% restocking fee. There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.
Fulfillment & Payment: We will begin having it filled as quickly as possible (generally 4-7 business days). Upon fulfillment we will send you an invoice and tracking number, and request payment (inclusive of the shipping – which is charged at cost based on the weight of the order). We use Priority USPS - 2 day arrivals. Nearly all our vendors remit payment by credit card, and your order is then shipped.
